All-or-nothing. Your card is held — never charged unless the show funds. If the show doesn't hit the goal by the deadline, you pay nothing. If it does, you get a ticket plus any tier rewards you pledged for.
Auto-refund within 5–7 business days. The platform fee comes back with it. You don't need to do anything.
Your QR ticket lives in /wallet. Show it at the door. They scan with our /checkin app — 2 seconds, you're in.

We take 15% of sponsorships. The rest splits band + venue per the event settlement terms.
File a dispute via /admin → Refund disputes within 14 days post-show. We mediate within 14 days. Refunds prorated based on what was delivered.
Yes — every sponsor gets a recap email with attendance numbers, photos from the show, and any merch insert returns.
